George G. Luckey Legion Post in Vinton, located at 105 North R Ave. will be holding a Tenderloin Dinner on Friday, June 11, 2021.Beginning at 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. (or while supplies last) the Legion will begin serving an 8 oz. Tenderloin, fries, and a dessert for $10.00,Allergy alert: Please note that peanut oil is used for frying.

Big Day ParadeShellsburg Big Day Parade starts at 10:30. Lineup on Cottege St at the corner of Pearl St and Cottege St. (there is a softball tournament so we can't use the school parking lot as before). BENTON COUNTY HISTORICAL PRESERVATION 1ST ANNUAL FLEA MARKET June 12
On June 12, beginning at 7:00 am and running until to 3:00 pm, the Benton County Historic Preservation Commission will hold a flea market to bring awareness to the historic bridge located next to the park.
